The multiformat mould allows to change certain parts of the same one allowing to change so much the format pressed as the number of cavities of the same one. They distinguish between them in three different types.
MULTIFORMAT MOULD WITH INTERCHANGEABLE FRAME
Base plate and ejector are kept unvariant for the change of format, and it is the frame, together with the blocks, which provides to the mould the wished format. To carry out the change, the mould is endowed with hydraulic pistons that raise the joint blocks-frame (joined by a platen) and they allow his extraction.
