The liners are the components of the mould that they install inside the alveoles of the frame, delimiting the perimeter of the cavity. These have several functions, since they contribute the definitive form and the lateral profile of the pressed piece and support the tensions and the wear provoked by the graze during the pressing. Due to it, in MOLCER the liners are made of K-100 steel , to which later there is applied a thermal treatment 60-62 HRC that increases his resistance.
