PENETRATING MOULD
The pressure of pressing is applied by means of the upper punches that are those who penetrate in the alveoles. The frame is fixed and is tied to the motherboard (base plate) by means of pillars. The extraction realized by means of the ejector that it pushes the set formed by the blocks and the lower punches allowing that the car that fills the alveoles should push at the same time the tiles. Normally the tiles are pressed in reversed position (with the exception of complex reliefs) for what the upper punches are those that shape the back face and the tiles have to be turned at the exit of the press.
